How DAS as a Service works

Instead of buying the system, you sign a service agreement through TCOMM. The network is designed, installed and maintained for the term of the agreement, including upgrades, monitoring and support, with no upfront capital from you. Your property gets reliable coverage, your capital stays free for other projects, and the cost becomes a predictable operating expense.

Four ways to work with TCOMM

Design and build. Your system is designed and installed, and you own it outright.
Managed network. You own the system, and monitoring, maintenance and support are handled for you.
Network as a Service. The network is funded, built and operated for you for a recurring fee, with no upfront capital.
Network buyout. Already own a DAS or WiFi network? TCOMM can arrange a buyout of your system along with its ongoing operation and upkeep, turning an aging asset into cash.

What is the difference between DAS as a Service and buying a DAS?

When you buy, you pay upfront and own the system and its upkeep. With DAS as a Service, there’s no upfront purchase: the system is provided for a recurring fee that includes maintenance and support.

Who maintains and upgrades the network?

Maintenance, monitoring and upgrades are included in the service agreement for the length of the term.

Can you take over a system we already own?

Yes. TCOMM can arrange ongoing management of your existing system, or a buyout of it.

Does public safety DAS qualify?

Yes. Public safety DAS can be delivered as a service along with cellular coverage and WiFi.
