Can I sell my existing cell tower or rooftop lease?
Yes. TCOMM offers lease buyouts that trade the remaining rent on your lease for one lump-sum payment. The carrier keeps operating as before; the checks simply come to TCOMM instead.
What do you need to prepare an offer?
A copy of the current lease and any amendments, the current monthly or annual rent and escalators, the remaining term and renewal options, and which carriers or tower companies are on site. Every offer is based on your actual lease, and there’s no obligation to accept.
How much do cell carriers pay to lease a rooftop?
Rent depends on location, building height, carrier demand and the type of installation. A free TCOMM rooftop review will tell you what your property could support, and on MACRO rooftop sites you keep 75% of the new rent.
What if I don’t have a carrier on my roof yet?
TCOMM markets your rooftop or land directly to wireless carriers, negotiates the leases, coordinates the installs, and operates the equipment once it’s live. TCOMM funds the marketing and carrier outreach, your existing leases stay yours, and our agreements include a performance out, so if the partnership isn’t delivering, you aren’t locked in.
Will TCOMM take a cut of the leases I already have?
No. We earn only on new leases we bring in, unless you ask us to take over management of current ones.
Does TCOMM work outside one region?
Yes. TCOMM works with property owners, carriers and tower partners across the United States.
